What is CrossTraining?

Crosstraining is a class that redefines the concept of indoor sports.

This balanced out class, consisting of old school strength exercises, intense cardio and exercises with your own body weight, will improve your all-round fitness level in a very short time.
 

What are the advantages of CrossTraining?

  • developing your strength, endurance, flexibility, reaction speed and agility

  • developing excellent cardiovascular endurance

  • improving your all-round physique: balancing out your weight and building toned muscle mass

  • reducing stress

  • getting better body awareness

  • getting a better sense of control and coordination

 

CrossTraining per level

There are 3 different levels of CrossTraining classes:

Level 1(*): Initiation CrossTraining

During these classes for beginners you'll learn the basic movements and how you can prevent injuries.
 

Level 2(**): Basic CrossTraining

During these basic classes, we'll apply the movements from the initiation class with a little more weight. The pace will get faster, so that we'll strengthen our muscles in a healthy way.
 

Level 3(***): Advanced CrossTraining

During these strength-focussed classes we'll perfect your technique so that you'll be able to train with more weight. We use kettlebells, dumbells and weighted barebells.
