As of today, we also offer outdoor running!
Every week we’ll run outdoor in a group under the guidance of a professional trainer.
We’ll start from zero, gradually increasing our fitness level to the first runners’ milestone at 5km. So this will be perfect for newbies, but also for people with basic fitness who would like to learn how to run in a responsible way.
We will combine this training with a fabulous group and “I did it” feeling. The lessons will consist, as always, of a warming up, the training itself, a cooling down and a stretching. Everyone can join without commitment, and this training is an excellent compliment for a personal perfection training.
