What is CrossTraining?
Crosstraining is a class in which the concept of indoor sports gets redefined.
This balanced out class, consisting of old school strength exercises, intense cardio and exercises with your own body weight, will improve your all-round fitness level in a very short time.
Regardless of your current endurance and strength level: everyone should first attend three Crosstraining Fundamentals classes before participating in the regular Crosstraining classes. This allows you to master the basic movements and makes sure the classes can run smoothly and safely. Please refer to our schedule to know when these Fundamentals lessons take place.
